Chad joined the Bioseal Sales team in 2010 after attending culinary school and working as a chef in the hospitality business. After experiencing the restaurant business's long hours and tenuous nature, he transitioned to beverage wine sales with better hours and samples.

He has successfully grown and managed sales growth in 14 states for Bioseal as the company has expanded its national sales coverage, a testament to his exceptional abilities to uncover and solve customer problems. He is the Territory Sales Manager for the Texas region, including Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Chad lives in Celina, TX, with his wife Rebekah and two children, Connor and Ryland. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, golf, and watching high school and soon-to-be college football.
